多家直播平台连夜开会 MC天佑等主播被全网禁播

2月12日凌晨消息,有媒体向直播平台确认,知名网络主播MC天佑已被有关部门要求全网禁播。

据了解,有关部门联合多部门,在昨晚(2月11日)连夜召集各头部直播平台在京开会,要求各平台对多位主播禁播,其中包括MC天佑在内。据悉还有斗鱼主播五五开。
据悉MC天佑等被禁播的主播,将不能在各平台直播,包括短视频。
其实,天佑被禁播早有风向。
今年1月,已经有直播平台禁止主播使用“MC”前缀,并发布公告77首喊麦设为禁曲,其中包括当红主播天佑的代表作。
有媒体发现,天佑在微博及各直播平台的昵称已去除“MC”前缀,改名为“李天佑”。

一、微信公众号注册数量调整:个人类限2个 组织类限5个

2月10日,微信公众平台发布公告,正式调整公众号注册数量,个人上限由原来的5个调整为2个,组织类由原来的50个调整为5个。
另据了解,如果有多个账号需求,相应个人和组织可发起申请流程,经微信公众平台初审,并报互联网信息内容主管部门审批同意后,将适当放宽帐号注册数量。

根据《互联网用户公众账号信息服务管理规定》第七条:“互联网用户公众账号信息服务提供者应当对同一主体在同一平台注册公众账号的数量合理设定上限”,为贯彻落实相关政策法规,打造健康有序的内容生态,在互联网信息内容主管部门的指导下,为切实履行平台主体责任,进一步加强帐号管理,即日起,公众号注册将做以下调整:
个人主体注册公众号数量上限由5个调整为2个;
组织类主体注册公众号数量上限由50个调整为5个。
根据实际情况,确需多注册帐号的组织和个人,可在注册时发起申请流程,经微信公众平台初审,并报互联网信息内容主管部门审批同意后,将适当放宽帐号注册数量。
二、俄失事客机发现多具遇难者遗体 失事原因未明

2月11日,俄罗斯一架载有71人的飞机从莫斯科起飞不久后坠毁,救援人员已发现飞机残骸及多具遇难者遗体。分析称,客机失事的原因可能是天气原因、操作失误或技术故障。
报道称,出事的飞机隶属萨拉托夫航空公司(Saratov Airlines),失联客机机型为安-148,航班号6W703,当天从莫斯科飞往奥尔斯克,该飞机机龄7年,注册码为RA-61704。
据报道,失事飞机在起飞仅5分钟后便以每分钟约1千米的速度下降,直至信号从雷达上消失。救援人员已经抵达飞机坠毁现场,并已经发现了多具遇难者遗体。此前俄媒称,机上可能无人生还。
三、SpaceX把跑车射到太空了

北京时间2月7日凌晨4点45分,重型猎鹰终于发射成功。升空后2分33秒,助推器分离;3分07秒,一二级火箭分离;7分58秒,两枚助推火箭同时着陆。最后,马斯克的红色特斯拉跑车被送上了地球轨道,如果不出意外,它将在太空漫游十亿年。
这次重型猎鹰的发射实际上并不简单,甚至是一向高傲的马斯克都没那么自信,他在采访中提到:这要么是一次伟大的火箭发射,或者就是一场最棒的烟火表演。马斯克估计,重型猎鹰首次发射成功的可能性只有50%。
重型猎鹰一开始就按照载人标准设计,最终目的都是为了马斯克的「火星殖民」计划。但由于首次试飞存在种种风险,所以只用一辆红色Roadster特斯拉跑车作为替代载荷,而实际上重型猎鹰的载荷已经可以送一架波音737上天。
特斯拉跑车驾驶座中坐着名为「Starman」的假人,名字来源于David Bowie的一首单曲,车内循环播放《Space Oddity》,虽然我们听不到来自太空的音乐,但跑车上的三个摄像头提供了非常棒的宇宙画面。内部屏幕上显示《银盒子漫游指南》封面的「Don't panic」(不要惊慌),车内还放着Roadster跑车的车模,以及《基地》三部曲。
四、国家版权局推动腾讯音乐与网易云音乐达成版权合作

在国家版权局积极协调推动下,近日,在音乐版权方面纠纷持续多年的腾讯音乐与网易云音乐就网络音乐版权合作事宜达成一致,相互授权音乐作品,达到各自独家音乐作品数量的99%以上,并商定进行音乐版权长期合作,同时积极向其他网络音乐平台开放音乐作品授权。
国家版权局相关负责人说,腾讯音乐与网易云音乐此次就网络音乐版权达成合作,有利于网络音乐作品的全面授权和广泛传播,对维护网络音乐版权良好秩序、建立网络音乐版权良好生态起到积极作用。
自2015年国家版权局组织开展网络音乐版权秩序专项整治以来,网络音乐侵权盗版得以有效遏制,网络音乐版权秩序明显好转。
如何在加强版权保护的同时促进音乐作品的更广泛传播,成为网络音乐产业面临的重要问题。对此,国家版权局多措并举,积极进行监管和协调,一是先后约谈主要网络音乐服务商和主要音乐公司,要求其促进网络音乐全面授权、广泛传播,探索建立符合市场规律和国际惯例的网络音乐版权授权和运营模式;二是进一步加强网络音乐版权重点监管,要求网络音乐服务商和音乐公司加强音乐资源版权管理,积极建立良好的网络音乐版权生态;三是推动腾讯音乐与网易云音乐解决长期以来的版权纠纷和争议,协调双方开展音乐版权合作。
下一步,国家版权局将继续积极推动网络音乐各方遵守版权法律法规、市场规则和国际惯例,通过优质服务、公平竞争、差异化发展,建立完善规范有序、持续发展的网络音乐授权、运营模式,促进网络音乐产业繁荣健康发展。
五、支付宝推出公交NFC乘车技术 武汉首批四条公交线路试点

武汉木兰公交客运有限公司与支付宝试点NFC乘公交功能,首批覆盖武汉市黄陂区11路、21路、PG3、PK3 路等四条公交线路。
支付宝乘车码与NFC技术结合后,乘车时,持有NFC手机的乘客无需解锁手机,只需点亮手机屏幕,用支持NFC的手机触碰公交车上的NFC 机具,就能直接上车了,车费将从支付宝中自动扣除。
首次使用的用户,只需打开支付宝,依次点击“付钱-乘车码-更多- NFC设置 ”中,开启“NFC刷公交卡”,并参照NFC设置指南完成手机的NFC功能设置,即可体验NFC坐公交。
据了解,这种将手机模拟公交卡的乘车体验,是通过支付宝乘车码与NFC-HCE技术的结合来实现的。与传统的手机NFC公交卡相比,支付宝公交NFC的操作路径更短、成本更低、也更方便快捷。
传统的手机NFC公交卡,虽然能通过集成硬件安全芯片的方式在手机上,实现实体公交卡的模拟,但这一模式的集成成本较高,且需要依赖手机运营商或手机厂商的支持,近年来在用户群体中并不普及。
而与传统的手机NFC公交卡相比,支付宝相关负责人表示,支付宝公交NFC采用更加轻量化方式,与HCE技术相结合,不需要依赖硬件安全芯片,就能在实现用户使用NFC乘车的同时,又继承了原有“双离线”二维码支付完善的风控能力,确保了用户的使用安全。

一、This is Uber’s plan to deliver on flying ‘cars’

Self-driving and electric flying cars are coming. What this means for our cities in the future is unclear, so I chatted with Uber Head of Policy of Autonomous Vehicles and Urban Aviation Justin Erlich to learn more.
Erlich previously worked under Attorney General Kamala Harris, where he focused on emerging technology and the key policies that the government will want to have in place to ensure technology helps the people of California. During his time, autonomous vehicles were becoming more and more exciting, he said.
“And then there were things emerging with drones and the potential for air travel with people,” Erlich told me on this week’s episode of CTRL+T. “Then I came across this amazing role at Uber where it basically was looking to have someone lead policy for all advanced and emerging tech.”
As head of policy for that division, Erlich oversees essentially everything that’s not Uber’s main ride-hailing division. That includes self-driving cars, the division of Uber that had a major win in court yesterday following a settlement with Alphabet’s Waymo. Erlich is also in charge of policy for drones, freight and VTOL (vertical take off and landing).
The idea with Uber’s air travel, which may be referred to as UberAir, is to cover trips from one point of density to another, Erlich explained to me. The plan for now is to cover no more than 60 miles, which is due to the current limitations of batteries.
To get in your UberAir, you could enter in your destination and then the Uber app would tell you where the closest skyport is located. Then, you’d catch your UberAir to another place that is somewhat close to your final destination.
There are a couple of classic use cases, Erlich said. One is for super-commuting, like going from San Francisco to downtown San Jose. Instead of driving yourself, taking Caltrain or paying a bunch of money for an Uber car to take you all that way, you could hop in an UberAir, which would be a lot faster. Another use case is navigating in Los Angeles, which is a notoriously traffic-heavy city, from the airport to East Los Angeles.
Unlike Uber’s standard offering, UberAir will ideally be a totally shared experience. Part of that has to do with ensuring that the cost of UberAir will be affordable, Erlich said, and comparable to the prices Uber riders are already used to.

The 1,218-drone light show in South Korea was pre-recorded. Still, 300 of them made a live appearance at the opening ceremony, forming the shape of the Olympic rings.
三、Teens Are Losing It Over Snapchat's Unpopular App Redesign

Snapchat users are pleading with the app to undo a redesign, which they say is "terrible," "trash," and "twisted."

The company announced the update in November, but rolled it out this week. CEO Evan Spiegel said the update was meant to make the app "more personal."
He said the update was meant to clearly separate the line between content from friends and content from publishers.
"The new Snapchat separates the social from the media," the company said in a blog post. "This means that the Chats and Stories from your friends are on the left side of Snapchat, and the Stories from publishers, creators, and the community are on the right."
